NOVA Chemicals’ SCLAIR® and SURPASS® product slates offer material solutions for a broad range of thin-wall injection molding (TWIM) applications.  

Designed to meet the demands of the most sensitive injection molding processes, SURPASS IFs730 and IFs932 high melt index injection molding grades have enhanced shear-thinning properties to optimize flowability for faster cycle times, and balanced physical properties.  

SURPASS® IFs730 and IFs932 will be re-introduced at NOVA Chemicals’ Advanced SCLAIRTECH™ technology manufacturing facility at the new Rokeby site in Sarnia, Ontario.

The re-introduced SURPASS IFs730 and IFs932 compliment NOVA’s existing SCLAIR thin-wall injection molding products that are known for excellent environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR) and high quality and consistency to provide an increased thin-wall injection molding product range to meet more of customers’ needs.
