NOVA Chemicals Joins Industry Leaders to Form Responsible Plastic Use Coalition and Challenge Canadian Government’s Misuse of CEPA Schedule 1
Editor’s note: NOVA Chemicals has joined industry leaders to form the Responsible Plastic Use Coalition (RPUC). Together, we are taking action to challenge the Canadian federal government’s misuse of CEPA Schedule 1. On May 18, 2021, RPUC filed a Notice of Application in the Federal Court of Canada challenging the order adding all plastic manufactured items to the List of Toxic Substances.
