Danny Dweik
Interim Chief Executive Officer
Danny Dweik is Interim Chief Executive Officer of NOVA
Chemicals. He leads the Industrials & Business Services unit at Mubadala Investment Company.
During his tenure at Mubadala, Danny also served as the Chief Financial Officer and acting Chief Executive Officer of Emirates Global Aluminum where he led the post-merger integration and revenue growth program.
Prior to joining Mubadala, Danny was an Associate Partner at McKinsey & Company where he led engagements for clients in multiple industries and across various strategic topics, including
strategy development, operational and performance transformation, M&A and financial due diligence.
Danny holds an MPA from Harvard University, an MBA from McGill University, and a BS degree in
Accounting & Finance from the Lebanese American University.
He sits on the Boards of USIC (Indianapolis, USA), Sociedad Minera de Santander (Madrid, Spain),
and NOVA Chemicals (Calgary, Canada).
Danny previously sat on the Boards of Avramar Seafood S.L. (Avramar, Spain), INW (Farmington,
Utah), Emirates Global Aluminium (EGA, UAE), TM Mining Ventures (MATSA, Spain), Jiangsu
Suyadi Tancai Co (China), and Guinea Alumina Corporation (GAC, Guinea).
