  • Flex Days- As a co-op student, you are entitled to one flex day per month for the duration of your co-op term. These earned days off allow employees to better balance their career and personal life.
  • Relocation- We understand the limited budget of many students, so to help out, we assist with moving expenses. Co-op students have access to a two-way relocation spending account. Students are eligible for reimbursement up to $1,200 for in province moves and up to $2,000 for out of province moves.
  • Competitive Salaries- Every four months of your term, there is a possibility for a pay increase.
  • Student Fitness Incentive Program- We value your health and well-being and encourage a healthy lifestyle with our Health Subsidy Reimbursement program. You will receive reimbursement of $100 minus taxes for every four months of your co-op term, for your fitness-related purchases.
  • Paid Time Off- As a co-op student, you are entitled to one paid day off after four months of service. These paid days off allow you to better balance your career and personal life.
