Compensation

  • Base Pay - Annual salary based on level of work, market conditions, promotions and other relevant factors.
  • Variable Pay Program - Additional pay for achieving specific objectives.

Flexible Benefits

  • Flexible Spending Accounts - Enables you to contribute to a health care or dependent care account on a pretax basis through a payroll deduction. The health care account reimburses you for eligible expenses not covered by your health, dental or vision plan. The dependent care account reimburses you for eligible child or elder care expenses. Both accounts offer automatic reimbursement and direct deposit for your convenience.

  • 401(k) Savings Plan - For eligible employees, we make a basic but generous contribution of 3% (vesting applies) and match up to 6% (vesting starts immediately). Rollover contributions from previous employers are allowed if certain requirements are met.
