Randy G. Woelfel :: Chief Executive Officer
Randy joined NOVA Chemicals as Chief Executive Officer in November 2009. He has more than 30 years of extensive industry experience, beginning his career with Shell Oil Company in 1977. While at Shell Oil, Randy was a key member of the team which helped create Montell Polyolefins - today part of LyondellBasell. He subsequently held the positions of President Basell International and President Basell North America. Most recently, Randy was Managing Director of Energy for the Houston Technology Center, Texas' largest incubator and accelerator for emerging technology companies; and President of Cereplast, Inc, a bioplastics developer. |

Todd D. Karran :: Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer
Todd Karran assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer in November 2009. He has more than 20 years of experience - joining NOVA Chemicals in 1985. Todd held various leadership positions within NOVA Chemicals Corporation including Vice President, Corporate Development & Treasurer; Chief Information Officer; Vice President, Applications; and Vice President and Controller, Olefins/Polyolefins. |

Grant joined NOVA Chemicals in 1989, after working at PolyNOVA, Poco Petroleums, Ltd., and Thorne Riddell for nine years. He was appointed to his current role of Senior Vice President and President, Olefins & Feedstock in December 2009. |
