Investing in our communities is an important part of our socially responsible approach to operations. Through our Community Investment Program, we invest in the growth, diversity and well-being of our surrounding communities by 'lending-a-hand' to organizations working to improve the overall quality of life in Central Alberta.

We provide 'gift-in-kind' materials/equipment — like surplus computers and furniture — to charitable organizations. We encourage employees to participate and partner with others, providing 'many hands' to assist with community work or projects.

During the annual united Way Day of Caring, employees volunteer for activities such as renovating the Canadian Mental Health Association (above) or adding to Red Deer's urban forest (right).
