The Public Policy and Responsible Care Committee of the Board is responsible for overseeing the policies and practices of NOVA Chemicals relating to its Responsible Care® audit and the environment, occupational health and safety, communications, corporate contributions, public policy matters and NOVA Chemicals' relationship with all of its stakeholders.
