Our Compensation Structure:

• Base Pay is the fixed dollar amount paid throughout the year. Base pay may increase with annual market adjustments, movement within the band range, or promotion/progression.
• Variable Pay is based on the achievement of established objectives with multiple levels of payout opportunities:
  • Incentive Compensation provides the opportunity to earn awards based on achievement of results against pre-determined objectives.
  • Profit Sharing payouts are contingent upon meeting or exceeding NOVA Chemicals' annual performance targets.
• Applause! is a program designed to foster a high-performance culture that is rich in recognition. Applause awards are given to recognize individual or team achievements.
