Recruitment & Interviewing with NOVA Chemicals
Please use our online process to apply for available positions. The first step is to create a profile, containing your resume and cover letter, which will be registered in our database. Your resume will be reviewed against the competencies and experience requirements of the job. Completion of the review process varies with the type of job for which you are applying.
If selected as a potential candidate, you will be contacted to discuss your qualifications. A recruiter may also set up an interview with the hiring leader (usually in person, but sometimes over the telephone). Generally, there is a second round of interviews with short-listed candidates before a final hiring decision is made.
Once the interview process is complete, the successful candidate will be extended a conditional offer, and be required to complete our certification process, which includes a pre-employment medical/physical and drug screening, along with a background check.
